Use cases
Real presets, not staged examples.
These are the actual schedules Circuit offers when you set up your first block, drawn the way the app draws them: a colour and the real hours, not a stock photo. Every one of them is a schedule you can turn on today.
For Work
The hours you're paid to be somewhere else.
Work time
Weekdays · 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Blocks the feed for the hours you're supposed to be doing something else.
Daily budget
30 minutes a day
Not blocked outright — just finite. Thirty minutes, then it's gone until tomorrow. Useful for an app you need occasionally but not all day.
For Study
Weekday evenings, when the work you chose competes with the feed.
Study
Weekdays · 6:00 PM–9:00 PM
The block runs itself every weekday evening — no daily re-decision required once it's set up.
For Wellbeing
The hours that vanish quietest.
Sleep
Every day · 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
The one that gives back the most, and the one people resist hardest.
Weekend morning
Weekends · 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday before noon — blocked before you'd think to reach for the phone.
Never Blocked
Maps, your bank, whatever gets you home — anything on the Never Blocked list stays reachable through every preset above. It is never shielded, not even by Strict Mode.
Every preset above can be edited or turned off any time, and you can build your own from scratch. Circuit only manages Screen Time on the device you're using — see the Privacy Policy.
