Screen time blocker for iPhone
Trip the breaker and your phone stops pulling at you.
Hold once and the apps that eat your day close — no negotiation, no notification to swipe away. They just don't come up until your time is done.
Free includes one schedule, the Breaker up to 30 minutes and a week of stats. No account. Nothing you block leaves the phone.

How it works
01
Pick the apps
Apple's own picker. Circuit gets an opaque token for each app — never its name, never what you do inside it.
02
Hold the breaker
One press-and-hold. 15 minutes or a whole quiet day. Or let a schedule trip it for you.
03
They stay closed
iOS enforces the block, not the app. Force-quit Circuit, restart the phone — the shield holds until the time is up.
The Breaker
Hold the dial. Your apps close.
Six presets, from a quick fifteen minutes to a whole quiet day. Start it in the app, from Control Center, or by asking Siri. A Live Activity keeps the countdown on your Lock Screen the whole time.

No way out
Soft sessions make you breathe. Strict Mode makes you wait.
Ending a soft session early means sitting through a breathing pause first — long enough for the urge to pass. A Strict Mode session has no early exit at all. You decide once, at the start, instead of every time the itch shows up.

Soft session — breathe first, then decide

Strict Mode — runs to the end

Circuits
Schedules that trip themselves.
Study on weekday evenings. Sleep from 10:30 to 7. Set a Circuit up once and the decision is already made for every day it applies — nothing to remember, nothing to re-negotiate at 11pm.
- ✓Never Blocked — maps, your bank, whatever gets you home. Nothing here is ever shielded, not even by Strict Mode.
- ✓Daily limits — not blocked, just finite. Thirty minutes, then it's gone until tomorrow.
- ✓Per-schedule lists — Study can block more than Sleep does.
Sound
Something to work to.
Rain, fire and waves are public-domain field recordings. Deep and Pulse are synthesised on the device, so they never loop. Start a sound with your session and it plays until you stop it.
Rain
Steady, no thunder
Fire
Logs and the odd crack
Waves
A swell every ten seconds
Deep
The low, even noise
Pulse
A slow beat to work to
Honest numbers
Milestones, not a made-up score.
A streak flame, the hours you blocked, and eight milestones tied to things that actually happened on your phone. Every Sunday evening a report lands: total, week-on-week, best day, and a card you can share.
