Can I cancel?
Yes. Apple manages the subscription, not us: open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions — or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't shorten the period you've already paid for.
Does one subscription cover my family?
Yes — one Pro subscription covers everyone in your Family Sharing group. Only the person who bought it can cancel it. Each person still sets up their own blocks and schedules on their own phone: Circuit is self-control, per person.
Refunds?
Those are Apple's to give, since Apple takes the payment. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

One subscription covers your whole Family Sharing group. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
